It is new, clean and in the center of el zonte
The room given to us had no windows (there was a small window to corridor, no window to outside), therefore it is dark always. The photos shown in booking are not from the room we were given. We complained and offered another room but without kitchen and fridge (kitchen is not important but no fridge in this climate is not acceptable). We paid extra and moved to a bigger room. They advertise all their rooms as suits, but room without kitchen should be advertised as double room not suit and lack of kitchen and fridge should be mentioned. Also the lack of window should be mentioned for the room we were given. Briefly, their descriptions in booking does not match the reality and they did not care about our complain. Staff is friendly and helpful, but management does not care customer satisfaction.
