Location was excellent.
Given the hot weather we were disappointed that the shower was not working properly and when we explained this we were told that there was nothing that could be done. On our departure we were advised earlier customers had broken the shower so that the hand piece could not be secured without holding in one hand. The upper shower also did not seem to be working. The air conditioning also struggled given the hot weather.

Loved the cleanliness and spacious rooms
We staying there mid August so it was extremely hot and the aircon didn’t operate properly, our bed was also caved in, in the middle so it made for a few very uncomfortable nights of sleep

"Situated in the center , with all facilities, near Spanish Steps. I enjoyed everything, especially the coffee machine in the room . Very clean and cosy . Definitely we will be back in December"
