ATTENZIONE.. mi sono messo d'accordo con il proprietario che sarei arrivato in un orario diverso dal check-in lui mi ha detto che non c'era nessuno problema. Ma il giorno del mio arrivo non si è AFFATTO PRESENTATO mi ha messo in difficoltà.

Excellent communication, very plesant host. Accomoadation is a great for the given price, location and it is very well equiped.
Maybe use rubber sleepers instead of cotton/synthetic ones for the guests and bit of noise from neighouring shops, but all in all it is not a deal breaker.

Хозяин был на связи всегда. Любые просьбы удовлетворялись. Хозтовары под боком, стиралка тоже. Вай-фай хороший, работала по видеосвязи - не подводил. Но там несколько вариантов вай-фая, нужно выбирать самый лучший. Когда приехала, хозяина не было, но ребята из бара быстро с ним связались и передали ключ.
Не хватало микроволновки. Принимать душ не очень удобно, вся туалетная комната потом в воде. Помещение на -1 этаже, граничит с кухней ресторана и иногда слышны громкие разговоры снаружи, запах курения. Окно есть, но низко. Но выход не на шумную улицу, так что ок.
