I didn’t stay there. They contacted me at 5pm and cancelled because a previous guest had smoked in the apartment??

They cancelled my stay on the day of check-in

Unfortunately host cancelled at the last minute via a one sentence message

The host cancelled our stay on the day with a one Sentance message. I had contacted them a day earlier requesting check in details and they said couldn’t give these until arrival day and then sent a message saying there was a water leak. I had to ring booking.com to get a refund as nothing was triggered

We didn't stay

The hall way was dingy, the room was unclean, the bedding looked like someone had already slept in it. The carpets heavily stained, the sofa bed stained. No proper lock on the door on the inside. Steps up to the bathroom where dirty and the bathroom was not clean
