Worst stay in birmingham ever

Nothing

The host was rude, room was dirty, bedding was stained, no covers on bed sheets, cupboard doors missing. All in all avoid

Nice space: bedroom, kitchen/living room, shower room. Practical, clean and tidy.

No soap, shower matt or bowls provided. Very cold without heaters on but they do work well once they get going!

Good communication

Area run down & on arrival we were warned about car being stripped (fortunately it was ok) Lacked basic supplies e.g only 2 x towels and pillows for 3 adults.No tea bags, milk or shower gel.Didn't have a great night's sleep as flat above noisy with creaky floorboards
