The location of the boathouse is perfect. There is free parking nearby
The boathouse is cozy and full of beautiful natural light , and we loved sitting on the couch watching the ducks and sea birds in the cove . Everything you need is here , and the view of the harbor is lovely !

Literally right on the water with wall of glass. See photo. Ducks sat in the grass outside our door. Loved sitting on the end of the sofa and watching the boats come and go. Very quiet.
Equipped with everything you need for two people.
It literally used to be a storage shed for a boat. And three doors down there is an existing old boat shed, so you can see the amazing transformation they have made here! See photo of that.
No complaints!
FYI - Owner asked us to pay cash. I had issues finding an ATM that my card would work on, but did finally find one that worked.
One note: If you have mobility issues this might not be the place for you. There’s a stairway to access the apartment and the bed is very low to the ground, but very comfortable.

Die Aussicht aufs Wasser! Das Apartment ist originell gestaltet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.
Der Zugang sowohl vom Parkplatz als auch von der Straße ist mit Gepäck etwas schwierig.
