Comfortable beds, games room and having some consumables on hand such as cooking oil, tea coffee etc. Great feed at Raymonds Chinese a few minutes away.
Could of benefitted from an extra bathroom and also suggest changing the LEDs to a warmer softer light (but getting really picky here)

We loved the location - easy walk to two beaches. Numerous walking trails. There are actually some views of the sea from the back deck, and you can hear the waves. Lovely bushland environment with plenty of birdlife - we saw a possum on the first night walking along the back fence. Kitchen/dining area and main living upstairs is spacious and well appointed. Bathrooms are clean. The beds we used were comfortable with crisp sheets. Coffee shop within easy walking distance and plenty of food options in nearby Malua Bay. We will definitely be back - have booked for Jan 2027 already.
Small-ish back deck has a small bar table and stools, as well as a large oval rattan sofa - the space only really accommodates one of these options comfortably
