We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. From the moment we booked, the team was incredibly attentive, responsive and helpful. They communicated with us proactively on WhatsApp before our arrival and were always quick to respond throughout our stay.
The whole team, especially Kadek and Robert, went above and beyond to make everything easy for us. They helped welcome us during checkin, organise water deliveries and additional towels, kept the Villa rooms and facilities clean and organised throughout our stay and were incredibly accommodating with all of our requests. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and enjoyable rather than simply providing the basics.
The villa itself was even better than we expected. Honestly the photos do not really show how beautiful and massive it actually is. It has fantastic finishes and amenities, everything super comfortable and super spacious, on a private, exclusive and quiet street surrounded by other Villas and security at the start of the road. We stayed with friends and it was very special. Its also a super short walk to the beach, best restaurants, beach clubs and all amenities you need in Seminyak.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and would happily come back. A beautiful villa, fantastic amenities and a genuinely wonderful team that made us feel very well looked after.

Only very minor inconvenience was that while the Villa name appears on google maps it does not appear on Grab so we had to use the name of the Villa next door to get Grab cars to come collect us. Super minor but if you could fix it with Grab it would be great.

ligging is goed en ruim van opzet
Schoonmakers bleven erg lang (hele dag) rond het huis hangen, dit was qua privacy niet fijn.
