Excellent location. Perfect for exploring the city, right in The Lanes. Warmed up quickly and stayed warm, plenty of hot water, super-clean sheets and towels and all the bits you would need for a couple of days self-catering in Norwich. Close enough to a Tesco and a very quiet neighbourhood.
It was a little shabbier than expected. We were out most of the day so didn’t really matter but little things like kick boards falling in, a toilet seat lifting off if you weren’t careful and the carpet was quite marked but everything was clean.

Bathrooms had no heating so cold when having a shower not ideal. Kitchen equipment needed washing before use

Not wrong with ‘Best location’. 2 minutes walk to the city centre with the bonus of off road parking. Spotlessly clean & great value. We’d stay here again
