I really enjoyed my stay here. I came for my business work, and everything was easy and went perfectly. The room was very clean, comfortable and had good hot water. Everything I needed was there, and the place had a peaceful and positive energy.
The staff were honestly the highlight of my stay. They were very friendly, kind and helpful. A special thank you to Kumar, who was extremely kind and helpful to me. He always had good energy and was happy to help. Even when I wanted some tea, he kindly helped me. This kind of genuine kindness made my stay feel very comfortable and welcoming.
The kitchen and living area were very useful and made the place feel homely. The fridge & microwave was also very convenient. The location was good for my business work, and Cloudberry is only around 10 minutes away by tuk-tuk, which was very easy for me.
The room, cleanliness, facilities, staff and overall atmosphere were all excellent. It was also very good value for money.
I would definitely stay here again next time I visit. I highly recommend this place, especially because of the wonderful staff and their helpful, friendly energy.

I had a lovely one-night stay at Cloudberry Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really enjoyed the location and the beautiful surroundings of Nuwara Eliya.
Thank you to the Cloudberry Inn team for the warm hospitality. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya!

Top Unterkunft mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick ! Alles war sehr sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Den Gastgeber fanden wir super, er war so nett zu uns und an einem Tag hat er uns mit seinem TukTuk viele Highlights gezeigt die wir durch unsere Recherchen gar nicht gefunden hätten. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Tag, wir werden ihn noch lange in Erinnerung behalten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls klasse. Insgesamt hatten wir eine super Zeit:) nur zu empfehlen !
