Limpieza, todo muy nuevo.
No tiene cerradura en la puerta principal. Ni tampoco en la puerta de la despensa y nevera individual. Nos robaron comida. Si bien es cierto que luego el propietario se hizo cargo y nos hizo un remboso

Great location & logistics: Conveniently situated with a bus and tram stop right outside the door, plus a supermarket Auchan within short walking distance.
On-site amenities: Dedicated private parking space, air conditioning, access to two shared kitchens, and laundry facilities (3 washing machines and 1 dryer).
Room & comfort: The room is very small, and the bed is far too tight for two adults to sleep comfortably. There are no mosquito screens on the windows and there are a lot of them.
Lack of basic essentials: No basic amenities were provided—bring your own hand towels, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
Cleanliness: Common areas were dirty, particularly the shared kitchens.
Host communication & security deposit: Communication with the host is virtually non-existent, as they do not reply to messages. Furthermore, requiring the security deposit to be processed via a third-party platform instead of directly through Booking.com creates unnecessary confusion and hassle.
