Excellent position (super close to Cathedral, Alcazar, Santa Cruz area), big and beautiful historical apartment (perfect for a family of four), equipped with dishwasher and well equipped kitchen. Good air conditioning system, which is very important if you stay in Seville during summer.
If you are a runner, you can have a lot of choices especially running along the river Guadalquivir.
The bathrooms.are a bit old, some parts were not well fixed anymore. It can be a bit noisy some times, especially when they clean the stairs and lobby.

La ubicacion perfecta. Cerca de todos los lugares de interes. Las camas super comodas. El apartamento limpio. Pedimos toallas extras y al dia siguiente nos las dejaron. En general todo bien.
La comunicacion. Tuvimos dudas y llamamos y hasta el dia siguiente no cogieron el telefono. No era algo importante pero si hubiese sido una urgencia no sabiamos como contactar. Que no tengan un lugar para dejar las maletas aunque cerca del alojamiento hay un local.

La ubicacion es ideal. En el mismisimo centro de Sevilla cercano a todo.
El suelo del piso es actualizabke. Aun estando limpio, se nota que es un suelo muy antiguo con un aspecto de viejo y no limpio aunque lo estuviera.

We are regular visits to Sevilla and the location is fantastic, probably the best location we have stayed in. The beds are also new and super comfortable. The showers were very powerful.
We had some issues and the owners resolved them quickly.
The drains in one bathroom smelled strongly and we had some cockroach issues. Some of the furnishings and paintwork need a slight refresh for the money paid. The location and flimsy door does make it pretty noisy at times (although it was Semana Santa)
