Tökéletes helyszín, elfogadható áron, jó felszereltséggel.

Jobb helyen nem nagyon lehet szállást találni Sevillában. Ráadásul egészen jó áron.

No cumplió las expectativas

Ubicación perfecta. La habitación con baño y salón comedor esta muy bien.

Al llegar al apartamento había cosas de una pareja dentro, maleta, ropa en el armario etc. Le habían dado nuestra clave de acceso a otra pareja. La respuesta de la recepcionista que nos cogió el tlf al avisarle que había cosas de otro cliente dentro fue que a la tarde llamo un hombre para decir que no le funcionaba la clave de acceso. Sin comprobar que estaban en el apartamento correcto ni los datos de las que nos alojábamos en dicho apartamento les dieron nuestra clave. Además nos pidió que fuéramos nosotras quienes recogiéramos las cosas de la pareja y las llevásemos a otro apartamento dado que ella estaba en su casa, a lo cual nos negamos. Las dos camas de la habitación pequeña son horribles para dormir, al segundo día no pudimos dormir en dichas camas dado que te hundes hacia dentro y te despiertas con un dolor de espalda increíble. Uno de los baños se inunda por completo al ducharse.

Modern and spacious apartment with everything you need

Spacious, comfortable, great location nearby the riverbank and cathedral. Terrace was lovely especially at night time.

It was a bit confusing trying to find the entrance at first.

Nice apartment in a very good location

Very good location, in the center of Siviglia, 3min from the cathedral. Very easy to reach from the airport as it is 50m from the bus stop. I will reccomend to friends and family.

Sevilla is gorgeous and this property is a conmfortable and well located delight to enjoy the city

It was helpful to be able to arrive and enter in our our timing etc and communications were good about this

Signage could be improved for initial arrivals - we were helped by others who happily were returning to their rooms and we did the same for others, but without this we would have been wandering about a bit more and possibly troubling the restaurant next door

Best and worst location.....close to all the sights.......noise from bar across the street awful.

A great location in the city, close to all the sights.

The walls are paper thin, we could hear every thing being said in the suite above us. At one point I thought there were people in out suite. The noise from the Carbon 6 bar across the street was horrible.....terrible singing until 4am. Thank goodness they stay closed Sunday, Monday & Tuesday or we would have got zero sleep on our 6 night stay. It not normal street noise that I expect when staying close to centro.

Elena was professional, kind and helpful. I had some issues with my bank card, I called Elena and within a few minutes she showed up to resolve my check in. Amazing location, we all enjoyed staying there. My friends actually thanked me for booking that place:)

Great value!

Great location, short walk to all attractions. Large living space for a small family. Easy online checkin and digital key system.

One of the bedrooms faced the street and could hear noise from bar across the street until 2am on weekend night.

Good sized apartment in great location near the cathedral.

flat was in a great position, walking distance from everything - the cathedral, the river etc. It had good facilities and was quiet at night. The receptionist who met us was friendly and helpful.

the aircon was very poor and although the bathroom was clean and new, the showerhead wasn't properly attached.

A nice apartment in a great location

The location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk from all the main tourist attractions. The apartment was bright and airy and we loved the sunny patio.

Although well furnished the apartment needs a little TLC.

Very good

Great location. Comfy bed. Spacious rooms and terrace to the courtyard. All staff i interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Never ran out of hot water. If i remember correct hot water storage tank is 100l. WiFi was stable. Keyless entry. Modern interior. All advertised utilities like microwave, toaster, koffeemaker etc were present and in decent or new condition.

Lack of soundproofing. Bring earplugs if you are susceptible to noise at night. The sourrounding area was quiet, but you can hear other guests leaving / returning from their rooms. Also in the hallway the lightswitches and the doorbells are very easy to mistake at night, leading to false rings. Used up kitchenware like scratched pans should preferably be replaced and to avoid scratching in the first place plastic cooking utensils should be provided.

Disappointing

Apartment was large and clean. We did meet a cockroach, but that was probably bad luck. Maintenance was a bit in arrears, there were quite a few loose tiles. Balcony was pleasant, but pronounced smell of drains.

The administrator was nightmarish. The day before we arrived, without any warning, we were told to fill in two complicated on line forms giving passport and card details. Not much fun for ius old ones especially because we were afraid it was a scam. We were warned/threatened that our longstanding reservation would be cancelled at this short notice if we did not comply. We did manage and it seems it was not a scam - fortunately. When we left I left behind a hearing aid. Our hosts rhave refused to post it to me. With all the delightful and helpful hosts one meets on ones travels one does not need to stay with people like these.

great Autumn break.

It was difficult to locate the apartments as they are in a courtyard and we were dropped off at night and not easy to find.

I am a wheelchair user and the apartment bathroom was very difficult for me. It was incredibly tiny in relation to the spacious living area The location in a cobble-stoned courtyard was difficult to get to. I think the apartment was great and in a superb location, but just not suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Had I had more information I would have booked a different apartment.

Beautiful apartment very well located. Very clean and bright. Well furnished. Perfect for a family of four.

1) It took a while to have warm water in the shower and one knob fell off 2) the wifi connection didn't work (invalid code) and there was none to ask help to

Amazing location by the Tower of Gold. Part of the 12th century city wall is right on the apartment’s property!

we had a small kitchen so could make our own breakfast and a washing machine to do laundry.

there was no laundry soap or simple kitchen products such as salt & pepper or sugar.

Location was great and using keypad instead of key was good.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was really disappointed with my stay. My room was not the correct one that I booked but I couldn’t change because the place was full. The room smelt like cigarettes and was not clean, the receptionist said it was because I checked in early (which I paid 25 euro to do, which she then refunded me), they went and cleaned then just sprayed it with bug spray to try and get rid of the smell. The wifi was also terrible and all furniture etc dated.

Perfect, central location. Directly opposite the bus stop to and from the airport so great for transportation too. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
