看评价很高订的，真实甚至更好。装潢太美了，又干净又有品，备品应有尽有，厨房设施也是一应俱全。去西班牙记得带好拖鞋牙刷，那边酒店基本不提供。当我们光着脚一星期，来到这家看到质量超好的拖鞋真的感激涕零。每天还提供一篮水果和丰盛的早餐到房间。位置很好，就在河边，过桥就是老城各大景点，全部能走到。周围好多餐厅和酒吧，100米处就是 Tablao佛拉明戈表演，马路对面有麦当劳和大大的一个迪亚超市。

Wonderful high-end property in a great location. You get what you pay for.

Our first time in Seville and this property really added to the experience - wonderful facilities and property, fantastic staff that were very kind and helpful. We would certainly come back here. The location is really perfect, just off the tourist center in a more local but buzzing neighbourhood nonetheless - exactly what we were looking for.

Spacious, cosy and well equipped suite with nice design.

The best staying ever. Everything was just perfect. Comfortable and cosy suite. Great location. Calm and quiet surroundings. Not too rich but still very good breakfast served to the room. Kitchenette was good for extra cooking and a grocery is in a 3 minutes walk. Ana is very caring, nice and helpful host. Strongly recommend. Wish to come here again.

The underground parking at the Plaza de Cuba seems to be quite expensive, I had to pay more than €70 for three days. But it’s not the hotel fault, of course.

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The location was ideal and we were well tended to.

Daily Breakfast was terrific! The location was exceptional- a few minutes walk to the heart of the old city, but a bit quieter than being in the middle of it all. The private rooftop patio was lovely. The apartment was well appointed. Communication was good and our needs for airport transfers and area recommendations were well taken care of.

Beautiful Apartment Excellent location by the river close to some great restaurants

The breakfast was brought to our room at the time we requested. Fruit bowl in room was refreshed everyday

Absolutely stunning, and surrounded by shops, bars, transport

Absolutely stunning property, with amazing suites , super comfortable beds and pillows , beautiful linen , gorgeous decor throughout .. So easy to walk to so many attractions, and restaurants and bars at your doorstep , would have loved to stayed longer at this property and enjoyed it more …. Staff were extremely helpful and let us store our luggage once we checked out , so we could explore more … The breakfast was delicious and huge , we couldn’t eat it all … the room was well equiped with everything you could need and plenty of bathroom amenities… Safe and easy PIN code entry , no problem with losing keys or cards … Can’t fault this place, and hope to come back next time we are in Seville

Beautiful apartment with tasteful design, top-notch amenities, breathtaking views of the river, and impeccable cleanliness. It also offered Meditaranean breakfast served in the apartment, the staff was very professional and helpful. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk across the river and only 10-15 minutes walk to major attractions. A posh restaurant in front of the apartment was recently opened, it offered outdoor and indoor seats overlooking the breathtaking views of the river.

would like to have a washing machine, also something was wrong with the TV screen in the living room, it froze a couple of times.

Great place, great stay

Stayed for 5 day in August. Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location. Easy walking distance of all the sights and great restaurants. We stayed in apartment 2 which was on the ground floor off the very attractive entrance courtyard. We had a sweet little seating area off of the lounge area. It was extremely hot when we visited so the excellent air-conditioning was fantastic. Beautiful apartment with two bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area - 2 large televisions as well. The reception area is manned for a short period each day and Ana went out of her way to be helpful. Great breakfast delivered daily.

Very professional and very clean and friendly.

The decor and fittings were of a very high standard. Modern and clean. The host/receptionist was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make our stay amazing. There was not a single moment were I felt there was any hesitation on her part when she was required to do something. She was very eager to please her guests and this was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Seville.

I would have liked a bathroom/toilet in reception area and there were no sofas to sit on in the reception area while checking in, only two small club chairs. These two issues are very minor and I would not lower my score because of this. I realise the reception area is technically an outdoor space so it is difficult to have a sofa there and also it is an old building so to install a toilet and bathroom downstairs is a huge construction process.

5 star hotel experience. Ana and Paula were quick to address any questions we had. Great staff.

The Location was perfect. Had a lovely bar right outside, to enjoy a glass of sangria. Just across the bridge is the start of all the places to visit and wonderful places to eat as you stroll thru the streets. The room was luxurious and having the breakfast brought in in the morning was such a lovely touch. Sevilla is a special city, just beautiful, wish we had booked a little more time here. We were fortunate to find a parking spot right out front, but did use the payed public parking underground briefly. It is very close, a 1 minute walk

This property was nothing short of incredible. Having left today we already feel “homesick”. The apartment is so comfortable, staff amazing, location spot on. We could not fault this accommodation. We would rate it 15/10 if possible.

We loved everything - close to the city center (aprox. 15 min walk to big attractions and Santa Cruz), luxury apartment, quality amenities, big apartment and beautiful design, great hosts - Ana Mendoza was wonderful and so professional, she helped us with everything we needed, renovated building. Definitely recommend the place

Truly luxurious stay with first class service.

The apartment was simply beautiful. It was spread over two floors and was spotlessly clean. High end toiletries were replenished every day. Breakfast was delivered to the apartment every morning on a silver tray. I expected a few rolls and juice but instead received fresh orange juice, croissants and rolls, jamon, cereals and pastries. There was also fresh fruit in the lounge and chocolates. Stylish furnishings . Comfy beds and great air con. The whole building was gorgeous. Very secure entry system . The apartment is only a short walk from the main sights. There’s a lovely bar next door too!

Affordable luxury, great location, would highly recommend

Beautifully done and to a high standard. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are substantial and stocked with all sorts of treats (from foot cream to bath salts), spotlessly clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is also fantastic, overlooking the river and moments away from a bridge connecting you to the old town. Great for people who want to stay slightly further away from the noisy town centre and madding crowds.

An exceptional experience! Checks off all the boxes.

It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and only 10 minutes walking to cathedral and other attractions. Breakfast was also good. Finally the staff were very kind and helpful.

Our room was facing the street. So, during the weekend one could hear some street noises but it wasn’t a deal breaker. I assume rooms facing back of the building are more quite.
