Perfect location. May the best Sevilla’s location. Right next to the channel. Modern style apartment, big clean bedrooms, very cozy bathrooms. The view from our window was amazing: the channel, the cathedral. Two minutes to the bridge, maybe 10-15 min to the center.Too much restraints nearby.

The accommodation fully lived up to the photos, but the host's great service made our stay truly unforgettable. Fantastic communication before and during our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The place felt very secure to walk in. The apartment felt luxurious. The rooms are not overly big, but they get the job done. We walked into the apartment with one of the staff. She was friendly and welcoming. She walked us around the apartment and explained how to use the washer and other appliances. Overall, the apartment was clean, comfortable and felt like home. The rooftop is very nice to go up to at night and sit. The pool, is good enough to dip into after sitting in the sun for a while, but you are not going to to be swimming laps. The location is fantastic, and there are a few garages near by if you are coming by car.
The hot water can run out. This is a problem no matter where you stay in Spain (unless a hotel), so just need to plan around that if you have a family and kids need to shower after each other.
