Everything was nice
Lovely old apartment.
Very well located.
Easy for tram, or train, bus or walking.
Tram from NCE 1.7 €
Easy app to buy tix.
I used tram.
Bus to EZE VILLAGE 1.70 €
Train return from Menton too. Use Train app to save time at stain.
If you use Uber or Bolt they are able to pick up at door.
Elevator great for access.
Lovely coffee machine for you expresso.
Quality coffee beans included
Kitchen is well stocked.
Washer is very helpful.
Full size fridge
French style bath room ..toilet separate. ..nice concept, works more like a 1.5 bath.
AC works great.
Small market across street
Pizza pasta & Chinese below building.
Many more offerings in surrounding streets
Key was tricky. Lockbox is straightforward.
The door was a challenge for me.
Old EU doors are much more secure than I'm used too.
Follow owners directions and it will likely be fine for you. After the 1st day it seemed to work better for me.
Balcony isn't really usable.
There is a very tight table out there. There's a large dining table inside near the window.
( The curved building views are VERY nice natural light which I enjoyed.)
There are smaller bedside lamps & outlets plus an ceiling light
Larger bedside lamps for reading would be helpful .

Erland is an excellent and most thoughtful host. Can not thank him enough for being so understanding with our very late arrival due to flight delays, and a late checkout totally transformed our final day. He is extremely responsive and made everything super easy.
If you’re a light sleeper suggest you take some ear plugs. The apartment is in the city centre so you’ll get the usual traffic and commercial noise. We were great full we had ours and were not disturbed
