Maria was very friendly and taught me about the history of Armenia from her families perspective. The room was great, the location was very convenient next to the Cascade steps and easy access near the road for tours.
It was perfect, nothing to complain about.

Such a beautiful and cozy little inn! Maria was a lovely hostess - she was very helpful and helped us with the laundry, getting a taxi to our next destination and so on. Our room was tidy and clean and had everything we needed. The location was great as well as there were a lot of cafes and restaurants around and you could walk right up to the Cascade for the best city views. Definitely recommend staying here!
Nothing to improve, we had a great experience overall.

It a great experience, and everything was perfect, from the host Maria to the location. The place is very convenient, quiet and the room was spacious and clean. Maria is a very nice host, she was very responsive as soon as I needed something and she gave me many recommendations.
