The location was fantastic for us as we wanted a place away from the main tourist villages but yet super handy to beautiful beaches (we think the nicest part of Rarotonga) and right across the road from a great cafe (Au Tree Cafe) which served the most delicious food. It was also only 20 mins walk to Wigmore's supermarket and down the road from all the turtle tour operators.
The house itself was very comfortable and spacious. Great beds and nice spaces to chill out & relax. Covered deck and spacious garden.
The roosters!! Crowing at all times of the day and night took a bit of getting used to but they seem to be everywhere on the island. Maybe some fencing to keep them out of the property would help.

Perfect location near Go Local Cafe and turtle tours. Loads of restaurants in easy cycling distance. Quiet (apart from the roosters hahaha) and excellent kitchen appliances (except the coffee machine which didn't work). Was a pleasure to stay there.
