Stayed at Hotel Rich for a business trip and had a very comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, quiet, and well maintained, making it easy to work and rest. Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable, and the overall environment was professional and peaceful.
The staff was courteous and efficient, ensuring smooth check-in and prompt service. The location is convenient with easy access to major business areas and transport.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rich. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, cooperative, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
The location is convenient, making it easy to travel around. Housekeeping was prompt, and overall hygiene standards were well maintained. The ambience of the hotel is pleasant and gives great value for money.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Rich to families, couples, and business travelers. Will surely visit again!

I had a good experience overall — the place is really nice and helpful in many ways, I truly want to thank the staff. I had a small emergency during my stay, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They even arranged for someone to take me to the hospital, which I deeply appreciate. Their support made a big difference, and I’m very grateful for their kindness.
I would like to suggest a couple of improvements. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes, which made it uncomfortable at times. It would be great if the hotel could take some action to manage this. Also, the bed mattresses weren’t very comfortable.
