Location was great. Good food. Good rooms and facilities.
Check in process difficult, doesnt allow for manual capture only the apps. The hotel has too many silly rules, dont have outside food, dont drink in the room unless its the mini bar, they charge you for ice, and plates, we dont have this in our country.

Extremely bad internet service.
In present times when everything is done on line, the internet at the premise was not acceptable.
Calling restaurant for room service was also a challenge. No one picking up calls.
