Les points positifs : l’emplacement, l’ascenseur, le confort des lits, la climatisation, réactivité de l’hôte aux questions via l’appli.

Les points à améliorer : la propreté des parties communes et le ménage de l’appartement. Absence de bouilloire ou de machine à café. L’absence de place de parking est gênante car les parkings alentours ne sont pas toujours professionnels et sont chers. Le paiement via booking serait plus sécurisant.

Flat is stripped down to a bare minimum. So is the service. The add says “make food like home”, but that is not possible unless you are a camper. It holds plates, cups and cutlery for four people a few pots and pans and nothing more. No coffee machine, toaster or electric kettle. Stove is half electric half gas, but gas is not opened. Owner asked us to open this ourselves when we asked about it. You can make a sandwich, but no toast. The cabinet doors open upwards but don’t hold themselves up. The balcony holds no shade or umbrella or anything. But is just a little dirty. You get one towel each, that you pick up from the drying rack on the balcony. No tea towels or extra towels for the kitchen. No bath mat. The one bathroom is so small everything is wet after a shower. But you will have to use your one towel to dry the floor or skate through the bedroom in water. No place to hang a towel to dry. Drawer in the one bedroom falls out when you open them. The washing machine is on the balcony, and you have to walk through the one bedroom to reach it. Making it slightly complicated when you live there 4 people. Toilets wouldn’t flush, we had to fix this ourselves several times. Old used soaps were left in window ceilings. When I approached the owner about these things they became defensive. They wanted to get paid in cash immediately and would call me again and again even if we did make arrangements. I eventually had to block them. It felt very aggressive. Booking.com offered no support or security since payments are not made through them. I can’t recommend to rent this place or through this platform.
