There is no private pool at the condo, but the community pool and spa within PGA WEST are just across the street. They are open 6:00am to 10:00pm, seven days a week. The HOA may temporarily adjust hours or close the facilities for maintenance, so please check the posted signs during your stay.
★ What are the additional fees? ★
Pets are $150 per animal. Community pool and spa access is included at no extra charge.
★ What is the parking situation? ★
There is garage and guest parking for up to four vehicles. The HOA prohibits street parking.
★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★
Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee per animal. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. If pet hair is found on a bed, a $150 additional cleaning fee applies per bed.
★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★
Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★
We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.
★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★
Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.

No. PGA WEST is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.

We had a perfect vacation at our Casa Laurel condo at the PGA West community. Sometimes when booking a rental property, you are hopeful that the residence will be as prestine as the photos and the description on the website. However, we really lucked out because our rental exceeded our expectations! From the moment we used our code and entered the condo, we knew we were going to have a wonderful vacation. The residence smelled wonderfully clean and tge rooms were spacious, the air conditioning was already on cool and all we had to do was unpack andgo swimming at one of the many pools in our neighborhood. Our hosts were constantly in touch with us and answered every question we had in the weeks leading up to our vacation as well as while we were at their property.We would definitely return here and we really appreciated our host’s wonderful hospitality!
