I wish the room had a window that could open
And my room wasn’t fully clean when I went in. There was an unfolded or used towel in the washroom.
Generally it was clean but I wish it was better asthetically.
Outside the cigarette butts all over the grounds was atrocious. The staff at the beefeater restaurant was rude to me and gave me a dirty tea cup for tea.
