Communication with Rosa was fantastic, she responded to messages within a couple of hours, even in the evenings.The location is excellent: about 25 minutes to Disney and roughly an hour to Universal (Because of traffic). The nearby highway 27 area has a great range of restaurants, takeaways, drive-throughs, and other conveniences. We even used DoorDash and had items delivered from US companies that arenโt available in the UK.The villa itself is large and spacious, and all the beds were comfortable. We made good use of the washer/dryer, dishwasher, and cooker, all of which worked perfectly. The huge TV and sofa was great for evenings and rainy days. Lots of poolside furniture which is a little dated but still comfortable, a great large BBQ and some pool toys.There were a few creature comforts missing. For example, additional storage like chest of drawers in all bedrooms (especially the kidsโ room as they couldn't reach the shelves in the closet) would have been helpful. The kitchen could also be better stocked with more cups, mugs, and cutlery, particularly if the villa is at full occupancy.Overall, we felt the villa is better suited to short-term stays rather than longer visits like ours. We did purchase a few extra items during our stay, which weโve left behind for future guests. We would happily return again.

It was very easy to keep in contact with the owner. We had a hiccup with the bed they didnโt realize was broke and they had a new one they put together at the house very quickly. It was nice to be able to heat the pool because it was so cold. It was a convenient area to stay in to go to Disney. They do have some dishes there to use which was nice. The floors were not the cleanest when we got there but the rest of the house seemed cleaned which I wouldnโt put in the owner that would be the cleaning crew. Overall it was a good experience and I would suggest it to others especially if youโre in a budget.

Beautiful home just a close drive to the parks! The home owner was friendly and easy to chat with. Overall no major complaints besides the cleanliness not being up to my standards. The linens didnโt smell freshly cleaned (sheets and towels). I ended up purchasing face towels and detergent for the home and rewashed everything. Dead bugs on the floor that we vacuumed. Ant hives all over the outside of the property but thankfully none on the inside. Lots of potential for this home so I think they could easily get to 5 stars if they address the cleanliness and adding more stables to their pantry (coffee maker filters, salt and pepper, cooking oil, fresher towels without stains).
