Our unit's up on the second floor. Guests have full private access to the unit, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and kitchen. Check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Our place is easy to get to, with nearby bus stops like Diversey & Ashland just a 3-minute walk away. Diversey and Paulina train stations are also close by, just a few minutes away.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!! This is our second time staying at this property. Once again, everything was perfect! Host is very responsive, courteous and professional. The property is amazing! Great value for the price. It is clean, well-appointed, and in a great location. We cannot be happier! 10 out of 10!

If you are going to require 2 forms of ID, a selfie, employer information, everyone’s first and last name with age, car information for parking. This should all be done days before and not couple of hrs before getting access to the location. I would recommend getting a new toaster and actually use the ice maker. When we got there…only 2 trays of Ice cubs which wasn’t enough for 6 people with water bottles. If the ice maker was on we would had enough ice cubes for everyone in the evening and morning.
