Nestled in the heart of Marathon, this lovely cottage features 1 inviting bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. Guests can enjoy the incredible ocean views and ocean breezes in the large private yard featuring outdoor dining. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our cottage. Easy access with almost no stairs. This cottage is centrally located with quick access to amazing restaurants and shopping. Dockage for up to a 50 foot boat. Cute galley kitchen with all the accessories to make your evening meals. Equipped with kayaks for taking in the sunsets or sunrises. Fish off the dock or just relax in the cozy living room on the large leather reclining sofa. Dining room for 4 with amazing ocean views. Why stay in a tiny hotel room when you can have a whole house with an open ocean backyard.

This was a fantastic little ocean front cottage. My wife and I had an amazing stay. The house was perfect for our 20th anniversary trip. It was clean and well equipped. The owners left two vases with fresh floral arrangements! The location and view of the ocean was amazing. Everything was perfect!
