The flat is in a nice residential building in a fantastic neighborhood with great shopping and dining in very close proximity.
We were surprised by how quiet it was at night, even though the building fronts a busy street. (The apartment itself fronts the quieter side street.) The space was clean, spacious, and stylish, with access to extra linens if needed. Kitchen was well equipped and we loved having access to a laundry machine. Beds were super firm, but comfortable enough. The lift was a life-saver.
As others noted, there are some water pressure and temperature control issues, making every shower a challenge. The host responded promptly to our inquiry about it, but it wasn't resolved. We assume this is a common issue in the building that they have yet to address. We also noticed a slight sewer smell in the rear bathroom as another reviewer noted.The couches could be upgraded for improved comfort. The pull-out couch (which we never used for sleeping) is very uncomfortable to sit on. Note that there is only 1 remote for operating both bedroom air conditioners and whatever setting is used in one room will be set for the other, so there is no way to set separately for individual comfort.
