I have a chronic health condition and I woke up barely being able to move so I messaged the booking staff asking for a l

It was lovely and spacious.

The linen was disgusting. There were stains on my bedsheets and the spare duvet was filthy and completely unusable

Had a brilliant stay in Shoreditch and apartment was great for my family of 4. All nice and spacious and clean.

Great location, lovely apartment and nice and clean. Provided fans in all rooms as very hot weather. View out onto train line which I liked. Everything provided for and nice and secure.

Very hot due to weather so would benefit from air conditioning unit.

Scam!!! Do not book

Nothing. Scam.

Nothing - total scam. Emailed me the day of check in demanding a £500 deposit and then a £350 deposit. Required photos of passports and full details of everyone staying. I’ve never had that with a booking.com booking before. At check in time I called to ask for the code as I still hadn’t received it and they were so rude. Then 15 mins AFTER check in when I was waiting for the details so I could check in - I called back AGAIN and they said the property was no longer available because of a “gas problem”. Not mentioned when I called five and ten mins prior to work out what was actually going on with my booking. The guy on the phone was so aggressive and shouting at me - I had to tell him to calm down and stop raising his voice at me. They offered no alternatives so I was stuck in London on my own. They told me to cancel the booking so they could refund me straight away so I could rebook somewhere else - knowing it takes 6-12 days, but that it would no longer be their problem and it would seem as if I’ve cancelled, not them. Pure scam. Most stressful booking experience I’ve ever endured. Do not book this property or any of their others.

Fabulous clean and spacious property with a good central location.

The only problem is the trains which run until late night. The apartment is very near the underground station and it can be noisy but the apartments were very good. A few small bits missing (plug for example)
