Cheaper than a hotel, great location, quick & easy to access from Euston, plenty of communication with company for access. Really liked having the kitchenette to enable me to get something to cook for dinner without having to eat out every meal. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm down in London.
Would have been helpful to know what would be provided with more advance notice - packed a towel just in case as I didn't see anything on the listing, then found out on my way down that they were provided. Minor point.

El alojamiento es perfecto en relación calidad-precio. Somos una pareja que estuvo 3 noches y nuestra experiencia fue estupenda. Entramos a la hora indicada y estaba todo limpio y listo. La comunicación fue excelente desde el principio y no tuvimos ningún problema para encontrarlo y entrar.
El alojamiento se sitúa en una calle llena de pubs i bares nocturnos que están abiertos y llenos los fines de semana. Pese a que hubo algo de ruido no fue un problema grave.

The room was great -- perfect size for up to two people. Check-in was seamless. The host is very communicative ensures you have images and instructions on how to let yourself into the building.
There are large windows that let lots of sun into the space + black-out curtains that complete block it, should you want to delay the day. Wifi worked just fine. A TV is mounted to the wall so you can watch in bed, or play light music while cooking at the kitchenette, or eating at the dining table. An air conditioning unit mounted in the wall allows you to keep the flat at your desired temperature.
The flat is very close to restaurants, several convenience stores, and bus stops. A popular bar is right downstairs with great energy and good music. As it is a popular neighborhood, light sleepers should look elsewhere. I am a "good sleeper" and enjoyed the ambient hum.
The renovations in the studio are lovely, but rushed in the shower. The showerhead is wide and sits directly over a small shower stall, leaving little room to keep water off your head. Plenty of people don't wash their hair every time they shower, whether by preference, hair texture, or a hairstyle they're trying to preserve. I opted to use the hand shower, but it wasn't securely caulked to the wall. I'm sure the hand shower will be fixed by the time you stay.

Good location, plenty around to do in a busy area and nice and quiet inside despite the area.
Needs renovation: door handles were missing or kept falling off; the floor was very dirty, I don’t think it had been swept or hoovered let alone mopped; bathroom had black mould and was full of hairs when we arrived; toilet seat came off the toilet and was broken; desk was glass and was massively cracked; no instructions on how to actually get to the flat once inside the building (although staff helped us quickly to find it); bed is a small double so was a bit of a squeeze as I’m quite large; wall sockets were temperamental (my phone didn’t charge at all the first night); no additional furniture meaning nowhere to really sit except the bed.
