Honestly, one of the best experiences I ever had dealing with this apartment booking.
The owner was very helpful and responded to questions quickly.
I loved the clear instructions in every room.
Lockbox was easy to find.
Apartment was clean.
Just everything was steaight forward and understandable. Therefore I was confident and calm on my trip to Berlin, knowing there wont be any bad suprises.
Also want to say that I was very positively impressed with a flat mate, who rents a room permanently- he was very friendly, helpful and genuienly kind person. We became good friends after just 30min of talking.
So overall- the experience was great and definetly a good value for the money.
It wasnt clear from the booking profile, that you get just a room in an apartment- which means you can get a room that doesnt have access to balcony.

-Location & History (via Internet): The street was named on February 14, 1972.Many properties in this immediate vicinity (near Adenauerplatz) were developed during the reconstruction of West Berlin in the 1960s-70s, although some surrounding historic structures date back to the early 20th century. (For the exact year of construction, checking the Grundbuch (land registry) or the building's specific energy certificate is recommended.)
-Room with a view so chilling from sunset to sunrise with unremovable sound of " German police car emergency" ;=), the birds, the crow..; making the pace of life here connected to anyone old or new!
-Surrounded by convenient places: shopping mall, train/bus, supermarket, cafe, restaurants... with few minutes walking
For new comers, with notes to know what is used for what in the kitchen (electric stove, washing machine, dishwasher..)
