The view, THE VIEW! a very special place which was perfect for our 9 and 4 year olds, they loved rolling on the grass outside and the loft bed. We had an amazing time. Owner also v understanding when our ferry was cancelled so let us keep our bags nearby instead of having to lug them around with us.
If you travel on foot down to Kildonan beach, beware of the very aggressive dog halfway down - it absolutely terrified the kids, and us! Not sure if you can follow the road down but don't follow the sign that says 'to the sea'...
Don't want this put anyone off staying as it's beautiful but definitely worth mentioning.

The location was perfect, lots of space for the kids to run around. Views were lovely. Comfy bed & friendly, helpful host
Needs a little tlc and a deep clean, fresher bedding & some shower gel would be an advantage.
