I was very happy with the location, the room, and the staff. It was overall a great experience. We did not try the restaurant, but the restaurant next door (Smoky Grill) was absolutely incredible and just a short walk away. We had a blast doing karaoke with Javi. Overall a lovely and idyllic spot. The beach and buildings were very pretty. During summer low season, there were only a few guests and we felt that we had a pretty private experience.
The prices and menu for the restaurant seemed a little bit less than optimal, but we were happy with the restaurant next door. The gift shop was closed for renovations, but not a big deal. Laundry service was not available but the staff kindly directed me to a laundromat a 5 minute walk away which charged extremely affordable rates for a small amount of laundry. Small concerns but nothing that took away from our enjoyment.

Las cabañas son lindas y el estilo a madera de todo el lugar
El mal olor me cambié de lugar por eso la persona que nos atendió dijo que era el sargazo en descomposición y que el olor era en toda la isla pero en west bay no había nada de eso que fue el lugar al que me moví y pues para ser sincero no dormí ni una noche aquí pero solo por el olor .
