The hotel is in a great central location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and within easy reach of everything you need. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for luggage and belongings. Overall, I found it very convenient and good value for money.
The main area that could be improved is the reception experience. The staff were pleasant, but at times they seemed unsure or not fully trained, particularly when asked questions or for information. On several occasions, they appeared a little confused and were not always able to provide clear answers.
The reception area itself also feels quite dull and lacks warmth or atmosphere. As it is the first thing you see when entering the hotel, it doesn’t create the most welcoming first impression. A warmer environment, together with more confident and knowledgeable reception staff, would make a significant difference to the overall experience.
That said, once you get to the rooms, the experience is much better. The rooms are spacious, clean and in very good condition.

El hotel es nuevo lo que hace que los elementos y dotaciones de las habitaciones estén en muy buen estado y cuentan con un diseño moderno. La facilidad del parqueadero y la amabilidad del personal a la hora del check in y check out. El desayuno a pesar de que es básico, es muy completo y logra satisfacer los gustos de todos. Los precios justos para el tiempo y cantidad de personas que nos quedamos.
Al solo tener un ascensor en algunas ocasiones los tiempos de esperar eran muy largos para poder subir o bajar a la o de la habitación.
