Great communication, everything was simple, rooms and facilities were lovely and clean and large rooms.
Not much I didn't like especially for the price.

Excellent location, very convenient for exploring Sydney. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and generally good value for a short stay.
Unfortunately, the noise at night was terrible. It was so loud that the windows were actually shaking, and the fact that earplugs were provided next to the TV says a lot. I barely managed to rest during the night. If you’re a light sleeper, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
