Thomas and his wife made our stay wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location near the airport was convenient with us needing to catch a flight to Siem Reap late afternoon the next day. Our flight to Phnom Penh arrived late in the evening. Thomas arranged an airport shuttle which made things easy after 24 hrs of traveling. We woke up to enjoy breakfast right outside our room on the patio next to the swimming pool surrounded by beautiful blooming flowers and lush greenery. Thomas was also very helpful to assist in transportation and site seeing options in the few hours we had to spend in the city center before we had to catch our flight the next day. I would highly recommend a stay here to any one...easy access to the new aiport and the city center. I hope to be able to return again.

What an oustanding and serene atmosphere, peaceful and tranquil on all counts. Although our residency in Cambodia ended, it felt like we were on vacation there again.
Thank You so much for Your hospitality Thomas, its most greatfully appreciated.
Would I make a re booking there, most definetly, and thats something I very rarely do.

Lovely building and pool, huge room, tastefully furnished. With plenty of wardrobe space and draws. Good AC.
Welcomed by owners who recommended a restaurant which was good. Kindly offered airport drop off but not quite as competitive in price but for ease it’s a great additional service.
The bed mattress was rock hard and so uncomfortable. The shower was cold even after running the water a long time but we did not shower until late so felt unable to raise this with them.
Told on arrival payment in cash only. No bank transfer / no card option. Looked again at the booking.com description and could not find this stated anywhere. Fortunately we did have cash otherwise we would have to find an ATM! Not ideal.
A kettle and tea/coffee in the room would be a nice addition as we had to leave for the airport before breakfast started so a coffee would have been appreciated.
