All in all very enjoyable stay despite having no parking, if the beds were more comfortable, and the TV were adjustable,

I love the location, the views, the size and the large doors that bring the inside out of the outside in

The furniture arrangement was not ideal, the television is not on a hinge bracket so it cannot be swiveled if you’re in bed because the bed is too far from the TV, so the glare of the outdoor shines on the TV screen. The coffee table is too big and gets in the way of the dining table. A smaller rectangular coffee table would’ve sufficed. The beds are low and uncomfortable. I found the most successful beds are higher with deep mattresses and provide incredible comfort. Otherwise thoughtful touches like tea and coffee did not go amiss but we’re just a bit in short supply. Some long life milk might be a great idea if you are going to provide tea and coffee.

Goede locatie, slechte ervaring

Locatie is perfect

Wij verbleven vorige week opnieuw in dit complex, nadat we hier vorig jaar een zeer positieve ervaring hadden. Helaas viel het verblijf deze keer erg tegen. De check-in verliep rommelig: ondanks dat ik vooraf al mijn gegevens had ingevuld, moest ik deze bij aankomst opnieuw doorgeven en was er in eerste instantie geen sleutel beschikbaar. Bij binnenkomst lag er bovendien nog vuil op de vloer, er lagen gebruikte lenzen op de bedrand en in de douchecabine zat schimmel, wat na de schoonmaak op vrijdag niet weg was. Er waren bij aankomst twee rollen toiletpapier aanwezig, maar deze werden tijdens het verblijf niet aangevuld. Voor een verblijf van een week vinden wij dit een basisvoorziening die op orde zou moeten zijn. Halverwege de week vroegen wij om schoonmaak, maar dit bleek 24 uur van tevoren aangevraagd te moeten worden, waardoor onze kamer pas op vrijdag werd schoongemaakt (wij verbleven van zaterdag tot zondag). Het meest zorgwekkende incident vond plaats na de schoonmaak: de dag erna ontvingen wij meerdere meldingen van mislukte pogingen tot betalingen met onze creditcards. Deze lagen tijdens de schoonmaak in een portemonnee in een tas in de kamer. Daarnaast is een nieuw kettinkje verdwenen uit het appartement. Dit heeft ons verblijf een zeer vervelende nasmaak gegeven. Helaas heeft deze ervaring ervoor gezorgd dat wij niet meer zullen terugkeren.
