Terrible experience ruined by rude and unprofessional security staff.

The only thing good about the property is the owner

Unfortunately, my experience during this stay was very disappointing. The main issue was this particular security staff, who was consistently rude and disrespectful throughout my visit. My guests were repeatedly harassed when entering the building and spoken to in an unprofessional manner, which made the stay very uncomfortable. He also inappropriate expectations for tips, which added to the frustration. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt stressed and uneasy for most of my stay. I travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but this was honestly one of the most unpleasant experiences I have had. Management should seriously look into improving the attitude and professionalism of the security staff, as it greatly affects the overall guest experience.
