Η θέα, το μεγάλο μπαλκόνι, η καθαριότητα τού διαμερίσματος, ο ανακαινισμένος χώρος σε ένα παλιό κτίριο.
Οι παρατημένοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι τού κτιρίου. Η έλλειψη ηλεκτρικού ματιού ή βραστήρα ή εστίας υγραερίου για παροχή βραστού νερού. Η έλλειψη τηλεόρασης.

La chambre était propre. Un grand balcon aménagé pour y prendre son petit déjeuner.
On a apprécier sur l’on nous autorise de laisser nos affaires jusqu’à 16h au lieu de 11h le jour de notre départ
Pas de lampe de chevet. Douche qui s’évacue au pied des toilettes. On a donc les pieds mouillés lorsque l’on va aux toilettes. Pas d’explications pour trouver l’appartement. Lumière centrale difficile à trouver il a fallu contacter l’établissement pour le trouver. Il était caché derrière une porte coulissante donnant sur le balcon.Très peu de couverts(pas de fourchettes ….)
