Het is een strak, nieuw gebouw. Schoon en in keurig nette staat. Het appartement is heel ruim. Alles is nieuw en de keuken en badkamer zijn prachtig. De woonkamer is sober, maar prima ingericht met eettafel, (slaap)bank en klein tafeltje. Zowel in de woonkamer als in de slaapkamer hangt een geruisloze airconditioning. Het viel echt op hoe schoon alles is. De buitenruimte, de hal, lift en appartement zelf. Heerlijk!

Het bed is erg hard en moet je van houden. Het appartement waar wij verbleven lag aan de straatkant waar tot diep in de nacht leven is (auto’s die met flinke snelheid voorbij rijden en mensen die hard pratend en lallend voorbij lopen). Maar als je een appartement hebt elders in het gebouw zal je hier vast geen last van hebben. Het viel wel wat tegen dat we (zeker voor deze prijs) de bank zelf om moesten bouwen tot bed en op moesten dekken.

Posizione ottima, la facilità di accesso anche in auto e il parcheggio sotterraneo è un vantaggio non da poco, considerata la posizione vicinissima al centro di Ponta Delgada. Appartamento spazioso e confortevole,

Avremmo apprezzato, oltre alle tende oscuranti, anche delle tende chiare per far passare la luce preservando la privacy, ma non è stato un problema.
