The apartment is situated in quite calm area, app. 10 minutes to the beach. The apt was very clean and has everything you need for a longer stay.
I appreciate the host reacting very quickly to our requests helping us with finding the correct building (my bad, though his instructions were pretty clear, I still ended up at the neighbor building).
The pool on a roof was just amazing as well as a sea view from the apartment´s terrace.
Air conditioning and wi-fi worked perfectly fine during the whole stay. Also appreciated filtered tap water.
Last but not the least: my plant soul was happy to see real plants in the apartment, so I didn´t miss mine during the stay :)
This is not what the host could affect, hence this is not a con to the apartment, but something to be considered. Despite the whole building is suitable for strollers and wheel chairs (except exit to the pool), the neighborhood is not very suitable for them with the very narrow sidewalks or even its absence, But this seems to be the issue of most of old town of Larnaca.

מיטה חמישי היא ספת הסלון וזה לא נוח למי שישן בה ולשאר בני המשפחה שלא יכולים להשתמש בסלון. המקום מתאים ל 4 אנשים בלבד
היו מעט מידי כלי מטבח, סכינים חדות לא היו בכלל וזה ממש לא בסדר
המחיר כולל שימוש בבריכה על הגג ולאחר יום שהייה אחד אסור היה להשתמש בבריכה מסיבה טנית כלשהי ופניה לבעל הנכס לקבלת זיכוי חלקי על המחיר נענתה בסירוב

The location was great. It was a 10-minute walk to the beach. There was a pool on the top floor, which was perfect for kids. The room had everything we needed. There were many restaurants around the apartment, and we used delivery.
I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. There was no bus option on Google Maps, so I used a taxi, but there were probably buses available from the airport as well. I recommend getting information about transportation from the airport in advance.
