Room was big, super clean, newly renovated

There was no breakfast

Front desk not available after 5pm

Everything was nice .

The staff didn't come in and make the beds the days we stayed over. You don't have an ice machine for clients.

It was clean. There was a restaurant with the same name in the next parking lot the food was good but they weren't open for breakfast.

There wasn't any breakfast. There were no humans to check in with or receive any service. The fridge wasn't cold enough and no iron. You call a phone number to get a code to get a key to your room. The 2 nd day a male arrived with towels. He was in the office for a short time then he closed and probably left until the next day. The mattresses were the worst I've ever slept on. It was clean but people upstairs were walking around all night loss of sleep. It wasn't worth the amount they charged for location and no human in office if you needed something. There weren't any other vacancies so we booked this hotel. No discount to there restaurant in next parking lot with the same name as hotel.
