Clean friendly staff

Wasn’t aware it was pet friendly at the time of booking, didn’t like listening to barking dogs. The things I requested at time of booking wasn’t available at checking in even though I got confirmation emails for them.

Good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and common areas were clean. The cucumber lemon water was refreshing.

The walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors from all angles.

That the staff told someone what room we were in and caused Unnecessary drama so we had to change room from what I understand no room number should be given out for the safety of guests

Great place to stay while visiting Keyser.

clean rooms and very friendly staff. breakfast was served daily and it was good. bed and bathrooms were clean. overall a great value.
