Loved Krystal at check in! Professional, cheerful, welcoming! I went to my room it was boiling 78° in there. Called Krystal and she told me where thermostat was so I could shut the heat off! I had a bad fall housr before arriving and cut my legs in 3 spots. After I woke up I realized a blood soaked bandaid had come off and it was on the white sheets! I called Q at front desk and he did his best to assist me with house keeping and new bandages with out humiliating me! I appreciate your staff!
I would have loved your house keeping staff to have a translator App on their phones while working as I unfortunately only know 1 language and struggled communicating with her! She was a lovely human and tried her best!

Great location. Clean. Comfortable.
At 1:30 in the morning, the front desk called to see if we were gonna show up? We had checked in online and nice young man at desk when we arrived acknowledge this and gave us our key. However, the key was not connected properly the night before and could not access the room. The key was corrected, and we got in.
The breakfast juice machine was open, and I could not get juice for breakfast. Desk apologized for calling. The lady didn't seem to know or understand online check in.

the bed was comfortable, that's it
I did pre check in, and had to do it again when I checked it - - wtf!
Worst shower set up I've ever experienced. The person that designed it must not take showers.
crappy hot breakfast, cheap microwave, poorly organized, one person working her butt off ( I gave her $4 tip)
elevators take forever
dirty public areas
$$$$
