Disappointing

Location was great People were friendly and helpful Breakfast was great

The room smelled horrible. The place was not clean looking. The workers were not welcoming at all...Pool which was what we wanted was closed

It was nice but for the money I expected a bit more!

The rooms were beautiful and the hotel was very nice.

The pool being closed indefinitely and no mention when booked was upsetting. The beds moved all around in the room and were extremely well used.

Very few improvements needed great hotel

Location, it smelled really clean , the staff at breakfast was very nice.

The pool wasn't in operation, person at the desk barely talked and the breakfast sandwiches for breakfast that you have to microwave yourself.

An excellent stay at a beautiful, clean, airy, modern hotel. Great value!

Very comfortable bed, beautiful fluffy towels, excellent breakfast. The breakfast room was bright, cheery, well-stocked and super clean.

Truly, my expectations were exceeded. I have no suggestions for improvement:

No hairdryer in room Closed caption would not work on the TV remote Attendant at desk did not know how to remedy the problem, thus could not use the TV

it’s a nice property with a good location and friendly staff

good location and the staff was very professional and friendly

we have moved past Covid ,if you’re going to use breakfast as a selling point you need more than frozen sandwiches and a bowl of apples and instant decaf coffee. You need to make sure the beds are installed properly if not the metal frame on the tile floor makes a huge noise every time you move,after 2 nights I got on the floor and leveled the bed and was able to enjoy a nice bed the rest of our stay

Lovely staff

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean.

The air-conditioner was a bit loud. The breakfast was poor.

it was fantastic overall! would definitely stay there again

we had a king room. loved having the sofa and sitting area as we met friends there for the weekend and it was nice to be able to sit in chairs and a sofa to talk instead of having to sit on beds

the shower floor was very slippery. as a 65 year old I had to make sure I had something to hold on to so I didn’t slip and fall

This was the third time we have stayed at a Wingate in the past month and will stay at a Wingate again .

we loved the place but next time I might shop around if the price isn’t reasonable

we stayed there twice because we felt very comfortable. the place is very clean

I didn’t like that I paid over $10.00 more for the same room and bed size 4 days later. both times I stayed were weekdays
