The indoor pool was great. But the tile floor was a horrible choice in a wet area. What moron thought that was anything but a lawsuit from a fall waiting to happen?
The main hallway were FREEZING! Room needs better lighting.

No free breakfast. Checked out at 10 and breakfast was over.
No soap or body wash, shampoo in bathroom. Partially used lotion container. I assume this was an oversight.
See above. Additionally we booked a room with a King size bed. We let them know we would be arriving late. Upon arriving at 10pm we were told no King rooms were left. No lesser cost on a lesser room. Truly do not understand, no matter what the excuse, why the room a client reserves is not saved for a confirmed arrival.
We were unfortunately at the Winchester Medical Center because of a near fatal car accident. (Remains to be seen if it becomes a fatality). Regardless, it was frustrating with or without our personal situation.
