Location was perfect
No plates or glasses, very odd there was only mugs and children’s plates / bowls etc. it didn’t affect our stay as we ate out
Plus the door handle on the main bedroom was broken, a note was left saying that on the chest of drawers but it could have easily have been missed.

Great location for walking to beach and town.
Easy free parking on local roads.
Cosy cottage for 2 people as only 1 toilet in downstairs bathroom and kitchen is tight.
Outside eating area was nice to sit out in.
The beds in single bedded room were very uncomfortable and need replacing.
There is too much old clutter everywhere needs a declutter. “Less is more”

Bright and airy, good supply of plates, cooking utensils etc. Owners obviously obsessed with Lighthouses and Southwold memorabilia but otherwise clean and comfortable.
Very steep staircase NOT mentioned in description by Booking.com but WAS on the website of StayinSuffolk. We checked in with their office when an alarm system was malfunctioning all night in the main bedroom. We managed the stairs but not good for the mobility challenged. Rather meagre offerings of a pint of milk and a packet of biscuits plus the salt and pepper pots both were solid and not forthcoming.

The location was very good. The property had a well equipped kitchen and dining room and a comfortable lounge.
The location of the bedroom was at the top of very steep stairs and unfortunately had no bathroom upstairs. It made us very worried about needing to visit the toilet in the night.
