The location was good for us as it was close enough to our son's home. It was very quiet and although the facilities were shared, we had no difficulty making use of them despite other guests. There was good storage in the walk in closet. Nicely carpeted.
We're used to a bigger bed, but it was comfortable enough.

Very cozy space and practical
Everything was fine and if I have to mention one then I would say that we had to take our shoes off and walk barefoot to go upstairs to our rooms. Not that serious thing though

location was good
Beds were to small. Was changed to another room second night. Room was to hot and air conditioner was not adjustable.
