We have a very good stay and we highly recommend the place

It is clean, quiet and comfortable. The room is big too. Staff are nice and accommodating though there a language barrier.

A bit confusing on where to cook as there regulars staying (students).

It was too hot in the room at night and the windows did not work

The location

No Fan in room, not enough cutlery, glasses, bowels, plates or pots to make anything in kitchen. 1 shower for 9 guests. property not maintained, Inside was not clean

Near to bus stop

The room B2 was shared with washroom by just a door. No privacy. We can hear them doing pee or anything clearly and vice versa. Even bad smell from toilet was coming in the room all the time as people use it for double number too. No air freshener or anything. Bed was beside the washroom door so no sleep due to constant use and all the time stinky smell.

Peccato, perchè la casa ha un forte potenziale che non viene sfruttato, il giardino è scarsamente curato, le stanze sono ampie ma spoglie e un arredamento datato, nell' androne delle scale materassi e mobilio accantonati. I vetri delle finestre in camera non si chiudono. La cosa che ho davvero apprezzato la disponibilità del proprietario quando abbiamo chiesto supporto a seguito di problemi di salute di una di noi.
