About this house rental
In the most beautiful and expensive neighbourhood, very comfortable bright one master bedroom with your own bathroom and two closets on the top floor in the multi million dollar big house. Kitchen, living room, dining room , backyard and laundry area are shared area . Laundry is for free in basement. We will provide portable air conditioning , Cooking utensils and cutlery. We will turn the convertible sofa bed into xl twin bed when the third guest here , We also could set another single bed for fouth guest as picture shows. Walking distances to restaurants as McDonald, shoppers, community center, bus stops, schools, tennis, picker-ball courts and so on .

Nice breeze in upper suite. Large home with Laundry. Quiet neighborhood. 5 min walk to Whitespot restaurant and others in Kerrisdale. 2 min walk to 16 bus which takes you downtown and close to Canada Place. Free parking on street.

This was my first experience with VRBO. The host was very reassuring about the process. All went well.As an aside, when separate fees such as cleaning are added, it’s not as economical an option as I first thought, but in my particular circumstance, the location relative to the closest hotel made up for that in the end.

Pros: The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was lovely and it was a quiet place.Cons: The window looking outside is quite dirty. The bed was soft and I woke up with a backache.
