Our 480 square feet Garden level space has a coffeemaker, microwave, and fridge plus a small cooking area, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, and a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa, TV, and WIFI.
Enjoy the quiet ambiance of one of Vancouver's loveliest and safest neighborhoods. Take advantage of the proximity to downtown, UBC, golf courses, fine restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and the long stretch of beaches.
Shopping and bus stops in walking distance (2 Blocks away - Dunbar St. and McKenzie St.).
Just steps away is the beautiful Balaclava Park with playgrounds, baseball, and soccer fields - just down the back lane.
Situated minutes away you find the Pacific Spirit Park, a West Coast rainforest next to the city for walking or biking. You might also find your way down to Jericho Beach 10 minutes by car or walk along the seawall in Stanley Park to take in Vancouver's breathtaking views.

Our host was very nice and accommodating. Our only regret is that our flights got screwed up and we missed our first night. The property is in a heavily residential area but you would not know it. The back yard, where the entry door is, is a nice garden with lots of nice flowering shrubs and trees. I recommend it!

Lovely quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Sascha is a great host with excellent communication. We really enjoyed her recommendation for dinner at a nearby Italian restaurant that we walked to along the beautiful tree lined streets. (Bufala Kerrisdale) The unit is fully equipped with everything you would want and the bed was comfy. At night it was very quiet and we could open the windows for fresh cool air. Oh! And the resident dog Finn is adorable!!

We had a lovely stay at Sascha’s VRBO. Excellent location and a very nice garden. Sascha communicated very well and was very accommodating!Thank you very much Sascha!
